Beat
eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add oregano,
basil, thyme and coriander and mix. Add a little oil in a
frying pan, pour egg mixture and cook omelette and remove.
In the same pan add some more oil, and carrot, cucumber,
mushroom, Soya sauce and capsicum and fry for 1 minute. Now
add green chillies, aginomoto, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic
and fry for 1 minute, add noodles and mix. Put them in a
plate. Roll the omelette, cut and arrange on noodles.
